• Defined visual design and tone guidelines for the Microsoft Health  and STB groups for both online and offline experiences.
• Lead design initiatives on mobile, connected platforms and the Microsoft Health Vault Windows Server IT Pro platforms (Code named Magneto and Tofino (Azure)).
• Provided oversight/direction to other stakeholders which included outside agencies and Microsoft FTE and CSG designers.
• Defined visual design and tone guidelines for the Microsoft and STB groups.
