  • Drive all digital graphic design initiatives.
  • Lead insurance cartographic (maps) design renderings with ARCgis. 
  • Lead relationship management, manage projects, communications design, qualitative research and advocate for improvements through collaboration with executive staff and senior leaders, management committees, and key stakeholders. 
  • Coordinates with leadership, UX designers, content strategists, technologists, and other subject matter experts to ensure accuracy of designs, problem-solve, develop and build tools and resources (e.g., websites, presentations, communications, maps, one-pagers, applications, etc.) that support graphic design strategies. 
  • Create and oversee process flows. 
  • Lead 4 teams and mentoring of service design designers. Remain current on service design initiatives and product design trends and communicate them to the larger service design team as they pertain to our work and processes. 
  • Build and grow the Service Design and Global UX Area for long-term sustainability. 
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of service design through security policies, communications, management skills, data visualization and interpret how to translate complex data to executive staff in a more intuitive manner.
